Stephanie HargravesMeet Stephanie Hargraves

I’ve always had a passion for helping people reach their optimal potential. After I obtained my B.A in Sociology, I worked with mentally and physically challenged individuals in Lake Tahoe, CA. I developed an adaptive snowboarding program and embarked on a journey of helping others live fulfilling lives.

Furthering my journey, I became a certified massage therapist and moved to the Caribbean with my family. It was here that I found my passion and drive. I opened a spa on the island of Grand Turk, in the Turks and Caicos Islands. I shared my passion for healthy living and nutrition with native islanders and worked to help them develop self-awareness through massage, bodywork and dietary recommendations.

After moving back to the states, I decided to increase my knowledge and receive formal training. I received my Health Coaching certification at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories—combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts like the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, the Zone and raw foods. I am a Certified Health Coach through the IIN and Purchase College State University, New York.

My strong belief in plant based diets influenced my decision to further my understanding and skills in Raw Food. I attended the Living Light Institute in Fort Bragg, CA to become more knowledgeable in the preparation and instruction of Raw foods. I am now a Raw food chef/educator.

Becoming an esthetician has made my holistic approach to health and wellness complete. Helping people obtain their most heathy and youthful look is an essential part of self-care in the mind-body connection. 

I feel very blessed to have had the opportunities I’ve experienced and I look forward to sharing my knowledge and passion with you!


My Training

My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in massage, holistic nutrition, esthetics, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on my diverse expertise, I work with clients like you to help make multi-faceted lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of the body-mind connection, food and lifestyle choices that work best for you to improve your energy, balance, health, and happiness.

I use body-centered approaches such as massage, bodywork, and facials to promote self-care and physical harmony combined with nutritional and lifestyle coaching to achieve a balanced life.  Each session, whether body-centered or method-centered, will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationship as well as career and money. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.
